Elevating Beauty and Confidence through Expert Cosmetic Solutions
UX/UI Design
Context
A Modern Cosmetic Clinic Experience
Juv'ae is a brand that empowers individuals to enhance their beauty and confidence through tailored cosmetic treatments, provided by skilled and certified professionals. My design work aimed to reflect Juv'ae's modern, sophisticated approach while serving two distinct user groups: potential clients seeking treatments, and cosmetic practitioners looking to join their growing network.

Challenge
Lots and lots of iterations and versions to push the limits
I developed early UI concepts and explorations, producing different design directions and iterating on layouts and wireframes for the product team. The real challenge was designing for two different user groups at once, making sure both journeys felt professional yet approachable without losing consistency or a clear visual hierarchy.
It pushed me to think more intentionally about hierarchy, tone, and how subtle interface decisions can shape the way users perceive a brand.
Design Approach
Research - I studied Juv'ae's brochure and brand evolution to understand the brand and its users, and listened to the client directly, pulling out key words like elegance, trust, and beauty to guide the design.
Explore - I brainstormed those keywords and gathered inspiration, building a moodboard of elegant beauty-industry websites to set the tone and visual direction.
Wireframe - I sketched low-fidelity wireframes to shape the information hierarchy, structure and overall feel of the site before moving into detailed high-fidelity UI.

The solutions
I designed clear entry points so each user group could quickly find the path meant for them, keeping the two journeys distinct but consistent. Drawing on inspiration from sites that felt both professional and friendly, I adapted what worked into Juv'ae's own visual language. Feedback from the team was invaluable throughout, helping me make clearer design decisions through iteration while staying true to the original objectives.
I also designed the responsive mobile version, adapting layout, spacing and visual hierarchy so the experience stayed usable and elegant on smaller screens, keeping the entry points for both user groups intact across devices.
Several of the UI concepts and layouts I contributed were approved and are now live on the Juv'ae website.
UI elements
I built the interface around Juv'ae's existing logo, with a clean, elegant type pairing (Montserrat and Georgia) and a colour palette of navy blue with muted neutral tones, a sophisticated yet inviting system that reflects the brand's identity: modern and approachable, simple and elegant. A minimal leaf icon reinforces that sense of elegance and calm across the UI.
